Timewatch® adds a customer / project dimension to expenses entry to allow expenses to be valued and recharged to customers as well as allowing for employee expense claims. With customer / project information by expense item, Timewatch® systems can consolidate expenses at a project level for recharging and reporting.

Employees can quickly and easily log expenses and allocate them to projects for managers to review and approve for repayment. They can log costing to a project and/or recharging to a customer. Receipts images can be attached to claims and smartphone & tablet users can take a photo of a receipt and attach it in one step.

Customizable time and billing

Time and billing systems from Timewatch are available in the cloud and for installation on your servers. Time and billing allows you to convert timesheet information into costing and charging data for billing to financial systems.

No compromise costing, charging, and billing.

To value time accurately, you need cost and charge rates that accurately reflect the way you value time.

There are many variables when it comes to valuing time. Do you value time by hour, day, or some other value? Do you value that time by employee, by project, by employee on each project, by customer, by date or some combination?

Most systems limit you to a handful of rates, forcing you to compromise on how you value time and charge customers. Not Timewatch®. Our system supports unlimited rates by any combination of employee, project, customers, type of work, role, or date. Our rates are stored to six decimal places to cater for any rating period. We also support multi-currency rates.

Simply put, we allow you to turn time into money the way that you want.

You’d be amazed at the horror stories we hear when we replace timesheet systems. Customers often complain about the lack of reporting power in their old system.

Is training included?

All Timewatch® products include a free learning center with training videos, tips, and support center. We also provide professional training and implementation services which we recommend for Pro and Enterprise systems due to their higher levels of configurability.

Is support included?

Yes! All products include a free built-in support center and help desk system. Once you have decided upon your configuration and any professional services you need, we can usually get you up and running the same day.

Can I try Pro or Enterprise?

The Pro and Enterprise systems are highly configurable and require knowledge and experience to configure. A blind trial is not applicable. Instead, we work with you to learn exactly what you need and match your needs to a configuration you can experience in a test drive or demo.

Can we install it on our servers?

Yes! All systems are available in the Cloud or for installation on your own servers.

Can I change editions?

Yes! You can start on one edition then move to another or add or remove optional modules at any time. In this way you can grow your Timewatch system as your business grows.

Are any discounts available?

Yes! There are discounts for one-, two-, and three-year terms, and volume discounts on the Pro and Enterprise ranges. From time-to-time We also offer promotions that you may be eligible for. Contact us for details.
